We would like to say a huge thank you to the wonderful Racegoers Club members who raised £1,575 for Racing Welfare in 2020.

Racegoers Club’s yard visits raises £500 for Racing Welfare

The money was raised entirely by Club members attending stable visits throughout the year. The first of these was a very popular visit to Charlie Longsdon’s yard in Chipping Norton. Over 30 Club members braved the January snow and made the trip to Oxfordshire to see the likes of Loose Chips, Forth Bridge and Treckle Tart working on the gallops and relaxing in their boxes.

Racegoers Club announce Racing Welfare as official charity partner

The Racegoers Club is delighted to announce Racing Welfare as its official charity partner which will see the Club support the dedicated charity that provides guidance and help to racing’s workforce.

Caroline Davies, Racegoers Club Chairman, said:

“We are absolutely delighted to announce this official partnership with Racing Welfare who do such important work throughout the sport.  As the official supporters club for racing fans we are also a not for profit organisation which means supporting Racing Welfare is a very natural move for us.”
