Our support is available to everyone working in the thoroughbred and arab racing industries, including point-to-point racing.

Housing Advice

Our portfolio focuses on providing properties for retired and young people (18-24), providing both sheltered and general needs housing. Racing Homes aims to follow the very best practice in social housing, providing high-quality accommodation and support whilst charging rent at social rent levels.

Physical Health

Racing Welfare supports people with physical, psychological and emotional rehabilitation after an accident or injury has taken place. The Racing Occupational Health Service is also there to support people to remain at work and to enable them to return to work from periods of absence.

Mental Health

We all know how important it is to take care of our physical wellbeing. However, it’s also vital that we look after our mental wellbeing. If you’re feeling low, sad or stressed then Racing Welfare can help in a variety of ways.

Money Matters

Racing Welfare provides support and advice regarding debts, benefits, pensions and budgeting along with an online grants application process.

Management Support

Our management support service is here to help you help your people and give you the confidence to tackle any worries you might have head on.

Retirement

Whether you are making initial plans for retirement or whether you have a query relating to pensions, retirement housing or activities for retired racing staff, our welfare teams can support you.

Racing Homes

Racing Homes is the housing association that owns and manages properties on behalf of Racing Welfare, managing 165 properties across racing centres including; Newmarket, Lambourn, Malton and Middleham.

Racing’s Support Line

Racing’s Support Line is your gateway to all of Racing Welfare’s services, including our welfare services and Racing’s Occupational Health Service. Racing’s Support Line is available to everyone who works in the racing industry.
