Steven Neil novel – The Merest Loss
Steven Neil’s horseracing themed novel The Merest Loss is historical fiction with a twist. It’s pacy and exciting with captivating characters and a distinctive narrative voice. Artist James Armstrong has created a series of three beautiful prints, featuring top rated racehorses. Choose from top flat horses, top chasers or top hurdlers for £40 each – or buy the entire set for £100. A percentage of all proceeds from these prints will go to Racing Welfare.

Coronation Cup print by Brett Lohn Fine Art
Set against the backdrop of the Prince’s Stand at Epsom Downs Racecourse, ‘Coronation Cup’ depicts runners and riders going to post in this Group 1 race.
The lead horse going to post is Yeats, a winner of the Coronation Cup, ridden by Kieren Fallon. The second horse is Alkaased who was runner up in the same race. Alkaased went on to win the Japan Cup in a course record time, later that same year.
Brett is donating 20% of the sale price from every print directly to Racing Welfare.
