London Landmarks Half Marathon – Waiting List

The London Landmarks Half Marathon is a closed road, central London run and is the only half marathon to go through both the City of London and City of Westminster.

The event is not your average half marathon! From cultural landmarks and heritage to the city’s quirky and hidden secrets, runner get to explore the capital on a route like no other!

The 2022 event started on Pall Mall, finished by Downing Street and had fabulous views of London’s most iconic landmarks including Big Ben, St Paul’s Cathedral, Nelson’s Column, the Gherkin, the Shard, the Tower of London and the London Eye.

Yorkshire Marathon

The Yorkshire Marathon has been a monster success since day one. In many ways, it’s the jewel in White Rose County’s sporting crown.

We like to think every element of The Yorkshire Marathon is charged with Yorkshire Spirit. Since the inaugural event in 2013, the event has gotten bigger and bigger.  Every year, thousands of runners of all abilities take to its truly breathtaking course.

But you’ll never be far from the locals who will be out in force to cheer you along. The event is now such a global draw that spectators come from across the world to be part of the experience and to add their support.

As you head along University Road to the finish, remember; it’s tradition to “do the Y” as you cross the line. Yorkshire, Yorkshire, Yorkshire!

Whether you’re aiming to smash your PB or just looking to cross the finish line, the Yorkshire Marathon is the perfect experience for beginners and experienced athletes alike.

Considered one of Britain’s toughest outdoor challenges, the National 3 Peaks Challenge takes in the dizzy heights of Ben Nevis (1,344m), Scafell Pike (978m) and Snowdon (1,085m) and your challenge is to do all this in 24 hours!

TSC London Marathon 2022

The 2022 TSC London Marathon is taking place on Sunday 2 October, with a record 50,000 participants running on the streets of the capital, from Blackheath to The Mall.

The world-famous London Marathon route has remained largely unchanged since the inaugural race in 1981 and encompasses many of the capital’s most mesmerising landmarks, old and new.

The William Hill Racing Staff Boxing Night

The William Hill Racing Staff Boxing Night takes place on Saturday 5th November at York Racecourse and is organised by, and raises funds for, Racing Welfare. Derby-based Ultra White Collar Boxing will manage the life-changing 8-week training programme that participants will be required to undertake, applying strict medical and safety regulations throughout the process and on the night itself.

The competition will see fairly matched participants box three x two-minute bouts on the night. All participants work in the horseracing industry.
