12pm – 7.00pm
We are delighted to invite you to take part in the Racing Welfare Jurassic Coast Challenge, taking place on Sunday 29th September.
Our Jurassic Coast Challenge will see you trek along the stunning Dorset coastline, starting at the incredible Durdle Door and finishing in Swanage, travelling along the stunning South West Coast Path. As well as stunning scenery, the Challenge will also be a test of endurance, covering a distance of 20 miles and 1,443 metres of ascent.
The Racing Welfare Jurassic Coast Challenge is the perfect team event, but is also open to any individuals who want to take part. There is no limit on team sizes – the more, the merrier! This is a fully guided challenge, led by qualified guides from our event partner Large Outdoors, with no self-navigation required.
Registration opens at 5.30am and the aim is for participants to complete the challenge before sunset. Upon completion of the challenge, all participants will be invited to join us at our post-event celebration. With every step that you take along the Jurassic Coast trail, and every penny you raise, you can be confident that you are actively contributing towards Racing Welfare’s services, helping the charity continue to be there for all of racing’s people.
There is a £39 registration fee per person and a £300 sponsorship target for each participant.
Deadline for registration is 31st July 2024
