Duggie’s Story – Mental Health Support

Duggie is a Racing Welfare beneficiary who has battled with mental ill-health. He wanted to share his story in his own words.

Research shows that almost two-thirds of the UK population will struggle with their mental health at some point in their lives and we want to help make it easier for people to talk about it. No one should feel they are alone when they are struggling.
