Cheltenham Festival: Behind the scenes the day before The Festival, presented by Magners

Cheltenham Racecourse is offering you the chance to bid for and win the ultimate behind the scenes experience on Monday 11th March, the day before The Festival™, presented by Magners, commences. All of the money raised will go towards Racing Welfare and The Jockey Club’s charity partners, Rainbow Trust and Carers Trust.

Guests will be invited for coffee in the Royal Box at 10.30am, to be followed by a private behind-the-scenes tour of areas of the racecourse and the weighing room. Here they will be joined by racing legend Michael Dickinson who in 1983 trained the first five home in the Magners Gold Cup, a feat never likely to be repeated.

Following the morning activities lunch will be served in either Theatre @ The Festival or our new restaurant for 2019, The Horse & Groom Pub, at approximately 12.45pm. The buzz will be palpable as we enable the chefs and waiting team to trial the new facilities in advance of the first day of The Festival when approximately 10,000 guests will be enjoying hospitality facilities.

Both restaurants provide a delicious menu created by Cheltenham’s Head Chef Tom Parry and his team, as well as half a bottle of wine per person.

This is your opportunity to bid for the chance to win a table of two at this exclusive event, with the highest 12 bids successful. There are a total of 24 places available.

Go on, start bidding, you can’t get a better pre Festival experience than this!
