I joined Racing Welfare in March 2017, to take on the role of Volunteer Coordinator, to help us roll out a new and improved exciting volunteer programme.
Having come from a racing and breeding family background as well as growing up in Newmarket this industry is in my blood.
I am passionate about helping people and this is one of the big reasons I love my role, as the work we do helps to support so many people and engaging with our volunteers to help us deliver our amazing services gives me so much satisfaction.
During the last few years my roles have been centred towards health & social care, running a county wide health and peer support service. My love of horses combined with helping people to live better lives is a dream job.
