I discovered my passion for horse racing completely by chance in 2010 during my first ever trip to Cheltenham and I was immediately hooked. I had no experience or idea of how the industry worked but I knew it was something that I needed to explore. I have been very fortunate to have been given some fantastic opportunities working for Mark Brisbourne and more recently Shade Oak Stud and Lisa Williamson Racing where I have had some amazing experiences and made some brilliant friends.
I became part of the Check -in and Chat team alongside my previous role working in Mental Health and it’s brilliant to now be full time working as a Welfare Officer in the West.

about the people who work to make our day at the races possible.
