Racing Welfare Renews Sponsorship of Arabian Racing Organisation’s Best Turned Out Series for 2019

Racing Welfare is proud to announce that it has renewed its sponsorship of the Arabian Racing Organisation’s (ARO) Best Turned Out series for 2019.  The series, which is split into large and small yard categories, seeks to reward and recognise the work of those looking after Arabian racehorses, both at home and on a raceday. The series operates on a points system that runs throughout the season.

Racing Welfare leads a show of industry solidarity in support of Mental Health Awareness Week

Racing Welfare is bringing the horseracing industry together in support of Mental Health Awareness Week, running from 14th – 20th May 2018.   The charity hopes to break down the stigma surrounding mental health issues, promote the importance of good mental health and encourage open discussions on the subject across the racing and thoroughbred breeding industry.

Coffee Mornings launch in Gloucestershire for retired racing staff

On the 19th April 2017, Racing Welfare are holding the first Coffee Morning for people who have retired from the horseracing industry in the Gloucestershire area. The coffee morning will be held at the beautiful Richmond Retreats in Painswick and is free of charge to attend for anyone who has worked within the industry at any stage during their career.
