The Careers Advice & Training Service (CATS), delivered in partnership with Care first and Work Clever, is available to everyone working in the British horseracing industry.  It is here to provide support and guidance to help you to fulfil your career aspirations.

CATS offers free, impartial advice to help you take your career in racing to the next level.  Operated by Racing Welfare and funded by The Racing Foundation, we provide practical assistance to help with professional development, job seeking skills, returning to work and changing career within the industry.  CATS can also help people looking to transfer to a career in racing or return to the sport after a period away.  We have a wealth of support and resources for employers to access too. 

CATS also provides funding, subject to eligibility criteria, to pay for training and development opportunities to help you to grow your skill set and enhance your knowledge.  Check out our Training Directory for up to date information on courses in your area.
