Racing Welfare is running a two-day Mental Health First Aid course accredited by Mental Health First Aid England on the 4th and 5th November, from 9am – 5pm.
The course, which is being held at Cheltenham Racecourse, will help you to develop a deeper understanding of mental health, acquire practical skills to spot the signs of someone who might be struggling and gain the confidence to reassure and support a colleague or peer in distress.
The course is open to anyone working in the racing and breeding industry for a subsidised fee of £75 per person, inclusive of VAT (saving £225)
Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
