Racing Welfare are running a two-day Mental Health First Aid course in conjunction with Mental Health First Aid England on the 4th and 5th November, 9am – 5pm.
The course, that will be held at Cheltenham Racecourse, will help you to gain a deeper understanding of mental health, practical skills to spot signs and the confidence to reassure and support a colleague in distress.
It is open to anyone working in the Thoroughbred racing and breeding industry for a subsidised fee of £75 per person inclusive of VAT (saving £225)
