ARC Malton Open Day has returned once again. Following on from last year’s successful event The Malton festival of Racing will take place on Sunday 15th September.
The racing yards of Malton open their stable doors to the general public, offering a fantastic opportunity to look behind the scenes and meet an array of equine heroes, racehorse trainers and the dedicated stable staff, all while raising money for charity.
The Malton Open Day will take place on Sunday 15 September and is kindly sponsored by Arena Racing Company. This is already a big weekend for Yorkshire racing with ARC hosting the final classic of the season, The St Leger at Doncaster the day before.
Yards will be open throughout the morning in Malton and the outlying area between 8.45am – 12.00pm including Richard Fahey, Brian Ellison and Suzzanne France.
Afternoon activities on Highfield Gallops from 12.30pm include the hugely popular jockey’s show jumping in conjunction with the Pony Club, dog show, family activities and retail stands.
Parking for the event is at Highfield Gallops and shuttle buses will run to the yards from here.
