Racing Welfare are holding a health and nutrition evening in Cheltenham – learn how to eat right and stay healthy the right way!
Open to anyone involved in the racing industry including Point-to-point, come along and get more information on what you should be eating to keep yourself healthy and happy.
Taking place at Cheltenham Racecourse from 7pm on Tuesday 20th November
Dr George Wilson – ex-jockey and researcher with Liverpool John Moores University will be attending and offering information and advice on nutrition and eating to sustain a healthy weight. George has worked closely with 20 times Champion Jockey AP McCoy and many other top jockeys.
Open to everyone…. Keeping our racing staff fit and healthy!
We will also have information on our CATS (Careers Advice and Training Service) available to racing staff including information and advice on how they can develop your own career in the racing industry.
