All of Middleham’s local community are invited to join the Racing Welfare team and special guest Jane Clarke, Aintree Racecourse’s very own historian, for our quarterly Racing Reminiscence session.
This session will focus specifically on the history of Aintree Racecourse and the most famous race of them all – The Grand National. Jane has a wealth of knowledge and has conducted tours of Aintree Racecourse for over 20 years. This session is without a doubt one not to be missed!
Come along to the Key Centre in Middleham for 2 pm on Friday 20th December and enjoy coffee and cake whilst meeting other members of the community and share any memories you have of the most famous race of them all. The event is open for everyone in the community and not just those who have worked in racing. It is an opportunity to meet new people and catch up with those living in your area.
