You chance to be a part of Racing Welfare’s first-ever charity calendar!

During Racing Staff Week, we are excited to be launching Racing Welfare’s first charity calendar and we need your help – so grab your mobile and get snapping some photographs!

We want to see images from across racing’s workforce, showing the diverse nature of our industry and workplaces. Whether you’re working with horses in a yard or stud, or in an office at a racecourse or Central London, we want to see your photos!

The categories are:

  • Wildlife/nature in the workplace
  • Movement and action (think gallops, schooling, racing, yard work, horses in paddocks etc.)
  • My ‘Office’ views (help us showcase the diversity of ‘office’ view in the racing industry)
  • Stars of the future
  • Showing love for the horse (capturing the bond between horse and human)
  • The most inspired team photo – extra points for creativity!

For each category there will be a winner and a runner up, with all 12 shortlisted photos being featured in the 2025 Racing Welfare Calendar. One overall winner will also be selected by the judging panel.

  • Category winners: £50 One4All shopping voucher, plus a copy of the calendar.
  • Category runners up: £25 One4All shopping voucher, plus a copy of the calendar.
  • Overall winner: 2 x tickets to the Racing Welfare Charity Lunch at Haydock Park on Friday 6th September (Day 1 of the Sprint Cup meeting), plus £100 One4All shopping voucher and a copy of the calendar.
