Derby Day Outing
We are pleased to invite you to join us on Derby Day, 7th June 2025 at Epsom Downs Racecourse. Racing Welfare will be based in the Upper Tattenham Enclosure, where we will have picnic benches, access to a bar & toilet facilities. Please note the enclosure is outside and on a grass area, the ground maybe uneven. There is no access to the main Grandstand or Parade ring, however we are situated alongside the racetrack with a great view! You are welcome to bring your own picnic.
We will be providing coaches from Newmarket & Lambourn (including pickup at Kingsclere & Newbury) for this outing. Details of which will be in your invitation letter. Tickets will be sent to you or collected at May coffee mornings.
For those beneficiaries making their own way please note parking is not included in the ticket. If you would like to book parking in advance and for all details on parking for the day, please contact the racecourse ticket office on 0344 579 3004. There is no parking in the enclosure so you will have to make your own way from the car park to the enclosure.
