The William Hill Racing Staff Boxing Night

A life-changing eight week training programme, climaxing in a black tie boxing competition at York Racecourse

20th November 2021

RAISE MONEY FOR CHARITY.

DO SOMETHING AMAZING.

GET IN GREAT SHAPE.

The William Hill Racing Staff Boxing Night is organised by, and raise funds for, Racing Welfare. Derby based Ultra White Collar Boxing will manage the life-changing 8-week training programme that participants will be required to undertake, applying strict medical and safety regulations throughout the process and on the night itself.

Training will commence on the 27th September!  The competition, which will see fairly matched participants box three x two minute bouts on the night, is open to men and women who work in all areas of the racing industry – including stable and stud staff, stalls handlers, racecourse staff as well as jockeys and trainers.

Because training will take place at gyms in York and Ripon, the event is aimed at racing staff who work in Yorkshire and the North of England.

Fight night will take place at York Racecourse on the 20th November.
