7 x two bedroom flats

Each flat consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and lounge.  Kitchens are currently being upgraded as part of our planned  maintenance programme.

The building is of brick construction under a tiled roof. UPVC glazing  has been installed and there is a door entry system for added security.

The flats are let to working stable staff, with dependent children,  employed by a member of the Newmarket Trainer’s Federation. All  occupants are on Assured Shorthold tenancies.
